Shipping destination and cost
We ship to the United States. Freight shipping is free for the trailers available through our store. There is no shipping charge added at checkout. Your order total is displayed before you place your order.

Handling and estimated delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization and order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
The estimated total delivery time is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. This total includes the 1–3 business days of handling; handling time is not added on top of the advertised delivery estimate.
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier disruption, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our control may cause delays. Contact us if your delivery is delayed or if you need information about a specific destination before ordering.
Order confirmation and tracking
We send order confirmation using the contact information supplied at checkout. When tracking or freight delivery information is available, we provide it after dispatch. You can also use our order-tracking page or contact us for an update.
Delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. If your address changes or is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will try to update it before dispatch; changes may not be possible once a trailer has entered fulfillment.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing deliveries
Inspect your trailer when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing in transit, contact us with your order number and details. Photographs can help us investigate damage or an incorrect delivery. Approved returns are free, including return freight, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Returns
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns have no return-shipping charge and no restocking fee. See our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility, the return address, and refund processing times.
